I'm Joshua Schultz, a licensed psychologist based in Philadelphia, PA. My practice offers psychotherapy, leadership coaching, and executive assessment.
Whether you want to take care of yourself or your relationship, address a big stressor, or go for a promotion, I can give you the tools you need to make changes.
I help clients develop an accurate and intuitive understanding of how they got here. Together, we move forward toward their goals.
I give people dynamic, results-oriented
practices to help them unleash their full potential.
My clients have busy schedules. I offer online services to make getting help as simple as possible.
Finding a therapist or coach with whom you feel comfortable with essential. The best way to know if we are a good match is to reach out and have a conversation. Please either enter your information below or call me directly at (267)730-4432.
I attended Widener University and received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2020. During my training, I worked in many different settings, including an inpatient drug and alcohol rehab, a middle school, and a practice assessing brain-injured patients.
Today I help ambitious people live lives they enjoy. I am an action-oriented therapist and coach. Since people come to me when they are suffering, I help them make changes quickly.
Suffering occurs when we get stuck, so I give my clients tools to get unstuck. They try new stuff, change their mindset, and get what they desire.
When we treat ourselves unkindly, we stop growing. So I prioritize compassion. Whether towards yourself or others, compassion is the key to living well. Too many people stay miserable because they treat themselves carelessly.
In short, I help people make friends with their minds.
Every individual has the wisdom to heal themselves and the courage to face life's challenges. As a therapist and coach, it is my job to help you connect with these innate abilities and take the next step forward.
I am an expert in helping ambitious and self-critical people get out of the way of their success. I love working with young people going through important life moments. I love helping both men and women become more in touch with their emotions and become better communicators.
I am happy to discuss your unique situation on a consultation call.
My fee for psychotherapy is $225 per session. I offer a sliding scale on an income dependent basis.
This is up to you. I offer short-term and long-term therapy, with long-term therapy defined as anything beyond eight sessions. Short-term work usually focuses on a specific, concrete issue, while long-term work is expansive and exploratory. We'll discuss your goals at the beginning and plan our work accordingly.
I perform coaching and assessment engagements on a project-by-project basis. Please reach out with a description of your needs, and we can set up a phone call to discuss.
