Authentic conversations that lead to real change

My approach is practical, supportive, and grounded in real life, with the goal of helping you feel more like yourself and more confident in how you move through the world.

Get in Touch

I’m Joshua Schultz, a licensed psychologist based in Philadelphia. I work with individuals and couples navigating stress, relationships, life transitions, and those moments when things feel stuck or overwhelming.

I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from Widener University and trained in a variety of settings, including inpatient drug and alcohol rehab, a middle school, and a practice supporting people recovering from brain injuries.

I believe growth happens when we treat ourselves with kindness, and that everyone has the inner wisdom and capacity to move forward with the right support.

I help people understand themselves and get unstuck. Here’s my approach:

Insight

I help clients understand how they got here and why things feel the way they do. Together, we make sense of challenges and find ways to bring more balance and ease into life.

Tools

I give people practical tools they can actually use to shift unhelpful patterns and build new ways of thinking. The focus is on strategies that make a real difference in daily life and lead to lasting, meaningful change.

Accessibility

My clients have busy schedules, so I offer both in-person and online sessions for flexibility. Meeting consistently helps build momentum, so support fits into your life, not the other way around.
